Softlane Labs LLC provides software development and technology consulting services, including but not limited to mobile application development, web application development, SaaS product development, API and backend development, technical consulting, and UI/UX optimization. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation are governed by individual written agreements (Statements of Work or Service Agreements) entered into separately between Softlane Labs and each client.

3. Website Use

Subject to these Terms, Softlane Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal or commercial informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its related systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our website
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or index our website without prior written permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the website without our express written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of Softlane Labs LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Intellectual property rights in client deliverables are governed by the applicable client service agreement and are not addressed by these Terms.

5. Client Engagements

All software development and consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements. These Terms do not constitute a service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Submitting a contact form or requesting a consultation does not create a contractual obligation on either party.
• No work will commence without a signed agreement and applicable payment terms in place.
• All confidential information shared during initial discussions will be treated with reasonable discretion but is not subject to a formal NDA unless one is executed separately.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOFTLANE LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOFTLANE LABS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

This limitation does not apply to damages arising under a separately executed service agreement, which shall be governed by the terms of that agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Softlane Labs LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the website or any violation of these Terms.
